| Performance

| Suspension to be treated is delivered into the centrifuge drum rotating
at high speed through the feeding pipe. Under the centrifuge
force, the liquid phase is filted through filter cloth
and expelled from drain pipe, while the solid phase
is retained in the drum and forms filter cake. When
the amount of filter cake reaches the machine's charge
limit, stops feeding and washes the filter cake with
proper solvent. After washing, stopes the machine, hangs
out the filter bag with hanger and unloads the filter
cake. Restores the filter bag to the original position,
and the machine is ready again.

Used for phase separation of solid/liquid
suspensions wherein the solid is in the form of granule
or fiber, eg. in metal refinery, waste water and sludge
treatment. Also in manufacture of plaster, copper sulfate,
potassium chloride, borax, dyestuff, agrochemical formulation,
salt, gourmet powder, food additives, starch, sugar,
seasoning, antibiotics, vitamin, etc.
